At Hempire Advisors, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via USPS by default, with the option to upgrade to FedEx for an additional charge.
  • A flat shipping rate of $7.00 applies to most orders. However, if your package exceeds this due to weight or location, additional fees may apply. In such cases, we will notify you before shipping.

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the United States.

Shipping Areas

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at info@hempireadvisors.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
  • Delayed shipments: While we cannot control shipping delays once the package is with the carrier, we will assist in tracking and resolving any significant delays.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. If a product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
